How to perform assigned tasks as a staff/assistant/helper?

Your team lead or manager creates your login account on the Service Idol platform. So, ask for your login credential to login into the Service Idol platform. As a staff member when you login for the first time, you will be prompted to change your password. After login, you will see the Task menu item, enter Task to go to Task Page.

You will see a list of tasks assigned to you on the Assigned tab on the Task page. You can accept or reject assigned tasks. You must provide a reason to reject. Enter Accept button to accept the task and select one of three customer’s preferred times.


You start your task after your first meeting with a customer. After that, you can pause, and restart the accepted task as you start working on a task.


You enter the Finish when you complete the assigned task in the service order. You will be prompted to enter the quantity of service delivered, an urgent fee (if applicable). It is your responsibility to get the customer's signature to confirm that customer received the service as expected. Remind the customer for payment as soon as you get the customer's signature. The customer now can view billing detail and payment options on the Purchase Order History of a customer account. You can also view billing detail like Total Quantity. Rate, Discount, Tax, Sub-Total and Order Total, etc from the completed task detail page.


You can track the status of payment from task detail from the Completed task tab. Ask your customers to rate and provide a review of your service after payment is confirmed.
